While staying with my mother she wants me too cook for her (us) as she never cooks herself anymore. And I do it with pleasure as I know she always enjoy what I cook for her. This time I made owengrilled salmon, and to it a sauce of Créme Fraiche and leek with a touch of EVO in it, a salad of Cherry tomatoes and leek, and to it all cooked potatoes.
